Thank you for shopping with Goodsykart. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Return Period

  • We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Goodsykart@gmail.com with your order details
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

8. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, please contact us via email.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
